Aromatic wild herbs, sunshine and fresh air – the essence of the Allgäu Alps is locked into this alp cheese. The hard cheese made from untreated raw milk is matured for at least four months to create a unique cheese experience. Connoisseurs rave about its fresh flavour, which is reminiscent of citrus fruit and butter, its spicy entree, the fine truffle notes and the wonderfully long finish.
